基于同感评估的工科大学生创造力测评:理论与设计
Assessing the Creativity of Engineering Students by Consensual Assessment Technique:Ttheory and Program

【摘要】 本文是想以阿迈布利教授的同感评估手段,通过几组不同类型的领域专家评估刚完成毕业设计(毕业论文)的工科大学生作品的创造性,来验证其理论引申出的几个假设:同感评估技术有很高的信度和效度,专家对工科大学生毕业设计创造性的评价具有高度的共识性,组内专家对大学生创造力评估具有高度共识性,不同专家组对大学生创造力的评价具有高度的共识性。
【Abstract】 This article is trying to confirm Professor Amibile’s consensual assessment technique, through assessing the engineering students’ creative work, who has just completed the graduation design (Thesis) , by several different types of domain experts. Several assumptions derived from the theory may be verified: consensual assessment technique has good reliability and validity; the evaluation on creativity of engineering student’s graduation project by experts have a high degree of consensus; within the group of experts, the college students’ creativity assessment have a high degree of consensus, College Students’ creativity evaluation have a high degree of consensus in different expert group.
