【摘要】 本文探讨了社会信息公平的概念和评价标准,分析了图书馆在社会信息公平中的作用,提出了强化图书馆在社会信息公平中的作用的措施。作者认为,社会信息公平是指在特定的社会环境下,信息用户获取与利用信息的公正和平等,包括信息获取权利公平和信息获取结果公平两个方面;图书馆的性质和宗旨决定了图书馆能保障用户信息获取权利的公平;图书馆信息的多样性既是保障用户信息获取权利公平的前提,也是保证用户信息获取结果公平的基础;图书馆服务的公益性和利用的便捷性使其能促进用户信息获取结果的公平;图书馆应采取多种措施,强化其在社会信息公平中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the concept and evaluation standards of social information fairness,analyze the roles of library and give some suggestions to strengthen the role of library in information fairness.The writer believes that information fairness means in specific environment ,the justice and equality of public people when getting and using information,including the public’ chance to obtain information and the right if they really can get information; the purpose and the nature of libraries make sure they can protect the public’ right on obtain information; the abundant of information resources is not only the premise to ensure the public’ chance to obtain information ,but also the basic to ensure the public’ right if they can get it ;the public nature and the convenience of library can improve the fairness when public getting information ;library should take many advices to strengthen their roles in information fairness.更多还原
