OFR氧化絮凝复合床技术处理难生物降解有机废水

【摘要】 中山大学拥有自主知识产权的氧化絮凝复合床技术(OFR)是处理有机污染物工业废水的创新型绿色环保水处理技术。OFR尤其适用于高浓度且生物难降解的工业有机废水的预处理或经各种生化处理后达不到排放标准的深度处理污水。OFR新技术在高浓度工业有机废水处理技术、方法上是一个新的突破。OFR不但可以快速去废水中难生物降解有机污染物,而且具有消毒除臭功能,经广东省环保局技术鉴定认为:"其成果已达到同类物理化学水处理技术的国际先进水平"。其成果已获2005年度广东省科学技术进步二等奖。该技术已在我国及日本获得了专利授权。OFR处理有机污染物具有范围广,高低浓度均适用,处理条件温和、高效、快速,污泥量极少,不产生二次污染,同时具有除臭灭菌等功能。OFR是一种符合国情的三低水处理创新技术(低投资、低运转费用、低管理要求),也是一种应用前景好、技术含量高、风险低的绿色环保水处理技术。

【Abstract】 The Sun Yat-sen university owns the independent intelligent property right to Oxido-Flocculation Reactor (OFR)technique,which is the creative type green environmental protection technique for treatment non-biodegradation pollutants in industrial organic wastewater,or can not reach standard wastewater through various bio-chemical processing.The OFR not only can quickly to treat non-biodegradation pollutants in industrial organic wastewater,but also has the deodorization function of disinfection.Wasing authenticate by province environmental protection bureau technique of Guangdong to think that its result already arrives the technical international advanced level of the same kind physics chemistry treatment wastewater.Its result has already met with 2005 years Guangdong province science technique progress Second class prize.The technique has already acquired the patent to authorize in our country and Japan.The OFR handles the organic pollutant to have the scope wide,the high and low concentration all applies,the processing condition is gentle,efficiendy,quickly,the sludge quantity is very few, don’t produce to pollute two times,having the deodorization to put out the germ at the same time etc.OFR is a kind of three low treatment wastewater innovative technology(low investment,low operation expenses,low management request),is also a kind of application foreground good,the technique content is high,the risk is low,and green environmental protection treatment wastewater technique.
