【摘要】 西湖龙井种是优异的基因库,探明龙井种的遗传多样性对保持和发展西湖龙井茶的具有重要的作用。本研究从农艺性状差异、DNA遗传多样性与遗传分化程度、儿茶素和咖啡碱含量差异三个方面,对西湖龙井种资源的遗传多样性进行了研究。结果显示,西湖龙井茶资源具有丰富的多样性,并从中发现了2个枝条为"之"字型的特异资源;西湖龙井群体种资源的平均咖啡碱含量为36.47 mg/g,变异系数为45.9%;平均儿茶素总量为128.46mg/g,变异系数为34.2%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xihu Longjing landrace is an elite gene bank. For conserving and developing Longjing tea, it is essential to clarify the genetic diversity of Longjing landrace. Agronomic characters, genetic diversity of DNA and chemical contents of caffeine and catechins were studied in present research. It was showed that the genetic diversity of Longjing landrace was abundant. Two special tea plants, with slightly curved shape in stem, were found. The mean caffeine content was 36.47 mg/g with variation coefficient of 45.9 %; The mean content of total catechins was 128.46 mg/g with variation coefficient of 34.2 %。更多还原
