红松果材林培育新技术——赤霉素GA3+GA4/7诱导红松无性系母树花芽分化研究
A New Technology in Cultivating Korean Pine Forest for Both Timber and Cone Production: Flower Bud Differentiation of Clonal Seed Trees Induced by Gibberellins

【摘要】 红松是东北林区重要经济树种,木材是优良用材,红松籽是营养价值很高的美食。在中国的红松天然分布区的东北林区已经建成很多红松无性系果材林,种子产量低是限制红松果材林发展的重要因素。为提高红松无性系果材林母树增加结实数量,开展赤霉素GA3+GA4/7诱导处理母树花芽分化研究,试验设置6个施用剂量水平。试验结果表明,适宜的赤霉素GA3+GA4/7施用剂量,对红松无性系母树增加雌雄花花芽分化数量有显著作用,也增加了开雌球花、雄球花的植株和雌雄球花同生植株。
【Abstract】 Korean pine forest economically important species in the Northeast. Wood of korean pine is an excellent timber, pip of korean pine is the high nutritional value of food. Korean pine forest in Northeast natural distribution area in China has built many clonal fruit timber forest. Low seed yield is an important factor limiting red pinecone timber forest development. To improve the clonal seed tree fruit timber forest increase the number of strong, Mother tree bud differentiation induction treatment study conducted GA. Test set six dose levels administered, the results showed suitable doses administered GA, of clonal seed tree increases the number of male and female flower bud differentiation have a significant effect. Also increases the open female cones male cones plants and old plants with male and female cones.
