灌注炸药在钢板冲孔中的绝热剪切断裂特征研究

【摘要】 研究了7/14、5/7两种单基药通过2种不同的填充材料制备的灌注炸药爆炸性能。通过该炸药对钢板冲孔效果研究,发现不同配方的炸药破坏差异很大:低能灌注液对钢板是撕裂破坏、高能灌注液是剪切破坏并具有绝热剪切断裂特征;单基药颗粒越细,灌注液的能量越高,绝热剪切破坏的特征越明显。对2种典型的灌注炸药的爆炸过程进行高速摄影测试,发现高能灌注液与低能灌注液制备的灌注炸药在相同时间段火球明显不同,前者火球亮度明显超过后者,这与绝热剪切效果相吻合。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the adiabatic shear fracture of metal plate under perfusion explosive loading were researched. At the first, the perfusion explosives were manufactured through 7/14 and 5/7 single base propellant and 2 different fillers. The experiment test show, the effect of fracture on three perfusions were different evidently. The perfusion explosive from low energy filler was tearing, but the perfusion explosive from high energy filler was shearing; the more single base propellant is small and the energy of filler is high, the more adiabatic shear fracture of metal plate is evident. The explosions of three perfusion explosive were tested through high speed photography, the result showed that the fire globe were also different between high energy and low energy fillers, the brilliance and shape of the former was more than that of the latter, this was according with the effect from the adiabatic shear fracture of metal plate under perfusion explosive loading.
