废旧10~#-159炸药制备耐热炸药的工艺稳定性研究

【摘要】 为了研究物理萃取方法将废旧10#-159炸药制备成油田射孔用耐热炸药的工艺稳定性,将不同批次萃取后样品和回收后的耐热炸药取样,分别检验样品的成分质量分数。试验结果表明:物理萃取方法处理10#-159炸药,可以得到组分质量分数稳定的炸药混合物,通过添加一定量的氟橡胶、甲基硅油和石墨,可以得到组分质量分数稳定的油田射孔用耐热炸药。性能研究结果表明该耐热炸药具有较好的压制成型性和真空安定性。
【Abstract】 To research the stability of the preparation process from the waste 10#-159 explosive to the oil field perforating heat-resistance explosive by physical extraction, batches of samples after extracting and be prepared were tested components. The experiment results show that the stability component composite material is got by extracting the 10#-159 explosive, and the stability component heat-resistance explosive for oil field perforating is got by adding fluoroelastomer,silicone fluid and graphite. The experiment results show that the heat-resistant explosive has high performance on pressing mechanism and vacuum stability.
