近红外光谱技术及其在茶鲜叶上的应用

【摘要】 主要介绍了近红外光谱技术的特点及其在茶鲜叶质量评价上的应用进展,并对近红外光谱技术在茶鲜叶上的进一步应用做了展望,为近红外光谱技术在茶鲜叶上的应用和发展提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 The characteristic and the principal of near infrared technology were represented. The recent advance on the application of near infrared spectroscopy in fresh tea leaves was introduced in this paper. In addition, the range of the application in fresh tea leaves was predicted in this paper. This article also gives some advices about the development of near infrared spectroscopy in fresh tea leaves.
