茶树养分综合管理技术在浙江省茶园中的应用及效果

【摘要】 2009~2010年在浙江省诸暨市、武义县、松阳县、衢州市、景宁县、长兴市、淳安县、永嘉县等8县(市)典型绿茶主产区设立了以氮素为主的养分综合管理技术对比试验及示范。从设立的16个对比试验、示范点结果表明,与农民习惯施肥区比较,实施养分综合管理技术后,每亩节约氮肥(纯N)11.3千克,节约磷肥(P2O5)0.6千克;每亩平均增加茶叶产量61千克。从经济效益分析,每亩节约施肥成本34元,增加茶叶产值464元,合计每亩平均节本增效498元。茶园养分综合管理集成技术能够明显提高新梢对氮肥的利用率,1千克氮肥(纯N)比农民习惯施肥处理多生产7.3千克大宗茶或者0.5千克名茶绿茶。

【Abstract】 Sixteen typical green tea gardens in Zhuji City, Wuyi County, Songyang County, Quzhou city, Jingning County, Changxing City, Chun’an County, Yongjia County of Zhejiang province were selected. The field trials were conducted using a completely randomized with two treatments and 4 replications in each site from January, 2009 to December, 2010. The treatments are farmer’s practice (CK) and nutrient integrated management measure. Fertilizers used in treatment nutrient integrated management measures according to nutritional status in soils and stage regulation technique. The result showed that comparing to CK, the amounts of N and P 2 O 5 applied reduced 11.3 kg and 0.6 kg respectively, and mean green tea yields increased 61 kg per mu by nutrient integrated management measures. From economic benefit analysis, fertilizer costs saved 34 Yuan per mu, and tea output value increased 464 Yuan per mu, compared nutrient integrated management measures and CK. The average yields increased 7.3 and 0.5 kg respectively for ordinary green tea and famous green tea per 1 kg pure N applicated by using nutrient integrated management measures. The most important component for green tea is free amino acids and the ratio of tea polyphenol and free amino acid. But nutrient integrated management measures didn’t increase the concentrtions of free amino acids and decrease the ratio of tea polyphenol and free amino acid obviously.
