不同遮荫材料对茶树叶产量与品质的影响

【摘要】 遮荫是一种较好的提高茶叶品质特别是夏秋茶品质的方法,本文比较了三种不同遮荫材料对春、夏、秋三季茶产量与品质的影响,结果表明:各种遮荫材料均能在一定程度上降低树冠面及叶片温度、光强等,提高空气相对湿度,从而改善了茶树生长的小环境。覆盖后各季茶树新梢的品质也均得到了一定程度的改善,主要表现为茶新梢的叶绿素含量、氮磷钾等养分含量、游离氨基酸总量显著增加;氨基酸组分如茶氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸等也均表现出增加的趋势。茶树新梢中的茶多酚含量显著降低,儿茶素组分降低但儿茶素品质指数增加苦涩味指数降低;茶树新梢的产量表现出了降低的趋势。三种材料中隔热效果好的隔热网提质效果最为突出,但对产量的负面影响也相对较大。
【Abstract】 Shading is a good way to improve the tea qualities, especially for the summer tea and the autumn tea. This paper had compared three kinds of shading materials about the effects on tea qualities at spring tea, summer tea and autumn tea. The results showed that all the shading materials could improve the microenvironments of the tea plants in some extents, such as decrease the luminous intensity and the temperature of leaves and air on the top of tea plants. Also the tea qualities had been improved, such as the contents of chlorophyll, nitrogen, phosphor, potassium, amino acid and so on had been improved with different degree. And the tea polyphenol had been decreased in different extent. And the heat insulated net was the best material in improving the tea qualities, but it’s the largest one in decreasing the tea yield.
