【Abstract】 This paper describes the development process of human civilization and ecological civilization. The modern forestry plays a decisive role in the process of ecological civilization construction, to provide material security and the social basis for the construction of ecological civilization, and bear a special mission of emission reduction in the current period. To create a good ecological environment, promote the development of circular economy and promoting ecological culture plays an irreplaceable role.
