【Abstract】 Based on the construction of national defense innovation system and the demand of high-quality talents in the new military revolution, this paper tried to explore, set up and improved the talents support system on military weapons, equipment research and production in civil-military integration. The article focused on the advantage and innovative development of the universities’ basic research and exploratory development, the key technical bottleneck breakthrough and the military-industry-university-research cooperation in the process of civil-military integration. Therefore, the purposes of this article are as follows:firstly, promoting college scientific research to play a significant role in national defense modernization; secondly, encouraging colleges and universities’ personnel training to be brought into the national defense strategic planning for the construction of innovation system.更多还原
