【摘要】 产业整合是近年来企业国际竞争的新形式。随着国际范围内的竞争日趋激烈,世界各大军工企业巨头之间的重组日趋频繁,资本运作已成为世界各国国防工业产业整合的重要手段。中国的国防工业在产业结构、产业组织、产业布局等方面还存在许多问题,产业整合已成为中国国防工业健康发展必然选择。在总结国际经验的基础上,提出中国国防工业产业整合要走资本运作之路的观点。认为资本运作要更多地采用市场机制,不能依靠行政命令进行军工企业的简单合并。产业整合要以优化配置资源为前提,以理顺经营实体间利益关系为基础,以资本运作为手段,其目的就是要提升军工企业核心竞争力、做强做大中国国防工业产业。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industry integration is a new form of enterprise international competition recently. With the intense of international competition, the merger of the international military enterprises became more frequent. Capital operation has become an important mode in the defense industry integration. There are still many problems in China’s national defense industry, such as industrial structure, industrial organization, industrial layout, and so on. Industry integration has become an inevitable choice. This paper puts forward the integration of our national defense industry should take capital operation. We Think capital operation should make more use of market mechanism. Allocation of resources is the premise of industry integration; we should handle the relationship of interests through capital operation. Ultimate goal is enhancing core competitiveness of military enterprises and strengthening our defense industry.更多还原
