【摘要】 本文主要目的是探讨电信运营商如何助力推进农村信息化和农业现代化。本文首先介绍了我国农村信息化和农业现代化的宏观政策背景、农村信息化现状,以及三大电信运营商在农村信息化的推进现状。然后在此基础上,分析了制约我国农村信息化发展的3大主要因素。最后提出了作为信息化推进主体的电信运营商该如何切入推进农村信息化和农业现代,以及推进的发展策略。通过农村信息化和农业现代化的推进,最终可达到节能减排、农民降本增收宏伟目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main purpose of this paper is to discusshow the telecommunication operators assist rural informationization and agriculture modernization. This paper firstly introduces our country rural informatization and agriculture modernization of macro policy background, current situation of rural informatization, as well as the three major telecom operators in the current situation of rural informationization. Then based on this, 3 major factors restricting the development of rural informatization in china are analyzed. Finally, as principal part of the information promote-telecom operators, how to cut into the rural informationization and agriculture, as well as the development strategy of promoting is proposed. Through the countryside informationization and agriculture modernization, eventually the grand goal of the energy-saving emission reduction, and costs-reducing&revenue-increasing of farmers can be reached.更多还原
