甜樱桃杂交后代自交亲和性鉴定

【摘要】 利用SFB4’基因特异引物BFP200/BFP201与内对照引物PCR IC-F/IC-R对获得的斯特拉甜樱桃自然杂交后代29个株系的基因组DNA进行扩增,结果表明:杂交后代中27.6%具有自交亲和性。用授粉方法鉴定自交结实率,结果表明,在自交亲和基因鉴定时均出现特异条带的品种和株系,其自交结实率均高于16.18%,而未检测出自交亲和基因特异条带的品种和株系,其自交结实率均低于14.8%,因此认为,甜樱桃自交授粉结实率大于15%,即可认为具有自交亲和性,小于15%则不具自交亲和性。
【Abstract】 Amplified the genomic DNA for 29 natural hybrid offspring of Stella using specific BFP200 / BFP201 primers of SFB4’ gene and control primers IC-F/IC-R,the results were as follows: 27.6% natural hybrid offsprings were self-compatible.Identified the self-compatible through pollination,the results show that: all the variety or offsprings which had self-compatible gene,its self-setting rate arrived at 16.18%,but those hadn’t,its self-setting rate were lower than 14.8%,so we consider that when the self-setting rate arrive at 15%,the variety or offspring is self-compatible.
