甲醇-水溶剂对光皮树果实油脱酸精炼的工艺研究

【摘要】 光皮树是一种优良的多年生木本能源植物,在能源匮乏的今日已引起大众广泛关注。本研究从理论着手分析,尝试将甲醇-水溶液引入光皮树果实油脱酸工艺研究中。通过实验发现甲醇-水溶剂对光皮树果实油有良好的脱酸效果,在单因素实验的基础上采用Minitab软件对选定的3个主要因子(油溶比、脱酸次数、脱酸温度)进行正交设计优化,最佳脱酸工艺条件为:油溶比1:6,脱酸次数3,脱酸温度30℃。在该优化条件下,溶剂脱酸工艺能够保证毛油酸值低于1.0KOHmg/g,这为光皮树果实油能源化利用提供了具有工业化前景的前处理基础。
【Abstract】 Cornus wisoniana is one kind of high yield sources of energy plant and causes widespread public concern in today’s energy shortage.This study from theory to analysis the process research,try to be introduced the methanol-water into cornus wisoniana fruit oil to take off acid.It is found that the methanol-water as the solvent in cornus wisoniana fruit oil have good effect to take off the acid.On the basis of single experiment,the Minitab software was used to select the best three main factor(oil than Dissolve,the number,the temperature).Best to take off the acid process conditions for: oil than Dissolve is 1:6,the number is 3,the temperature is 30℃.In the optimized conditions,the solvent to take off the acid to ensure acid value hair less than 1.0(KOH) mg/g,it provides the industrialization prospect for cornus wisoniana fruit oil use in energy.
