无基质营养液育苗条件下营养液浓度对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 无基质营养液育苗作为一种新的育苗技术,改变了传统穴盘育苗的水份和养分供给方式,所需营养液浓度为根系所需养分浓度,因此研究无基质营养液育苗条件下营养液浓度对育苗生长发育的影响具有重要意义。本试验通过无基质营养液育苗培育黄瓜幼苗,研究不同营养液浓度对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,低浓度(0.5倍和1.0倍全价营养液)处理下,黄瓜幼苗低矮、细弱、生物量低、抗性弱、根体积小、壮苗指数低,这与低浓度营养供应不足进而减慢生长发育进程有关;高浓度(2.0倍)条件下,幼苗前期生长受到抑制,由于幼苗后期胁迫作用未消除,虽然生长有所加快,但幼苗健壮度较低。1.5倍营养液处理显著促进了幼苗的生长,有效地提高了幼苗的生物量、壮苗指数和根系活力,较好的协调了幼苗的生长速率和抗性,胁迫作用不明显,促进作用大于胁迫。因此,在黄瓜无基质营养液育苗条件下,1.5倍全价营养液为最适浓度。

【Abstract】 As a new seedling technology,nutrient solution seedling culture without substrate has totally changed the way of supplying water and nutrient to seedlings in plug seedling culture,so it is very important to study the influences of different nutrition solution concentrations on the growth condition of cucumber seedlings in nutrition culture without substrate.The results showed that the seedling had lower plant height,thinner stem diameter,lower biomass,weaker resistance,lower root volume and seedling index in lower concentration treatment(0.5 and 1.0 times nutrition solution),which was relative to deficient nutrition supply under low concentrations,thus the growth and development of seedlings were slowed.Under higher concentration(2.0 times nutrition solution) treatment,the growth of the seedlings was inhibited during the earlier growing stage,while the seedling index was lower in the late growth stage,although the growth speed was accelerated,which was due to the uneliminated stress.In 1.5 times nutrition solution treatment,the plant had a relatively reasonable performance,such as better biomass,seedling index,root activity,growth rate and resistance,moreover,promoting effect was much more than insignificant stress effect.Therefore,1.5 fold of nutrition solution is the optimal concentration for nutrient solution seedling culture without substrate.
