复合材料开口层合板拉伸应变集中与失效分析

【摘要】 对中心含不同开口尺寸,不同圆角半径的正方形开口层合板进行了拉伸性能试验研究和有限元分析。定义了缓冲区长度,研究了开口尺寸,圆角半径和缓冲区长度对开口层合板的应变集中系数和拉伸破坏载荷的影响。结果表明:对于给定开口尺寸的层合板,应变集中系数随圆角半径的增大呈"浴盆形",影响应变集中系数的有两个参数:圆角半径和缓冲区长度,圆角半径过小和过大都会使得应变集中偏大;圆形开口时,应变集中系数随开口尺寸的增大而增大。分析结果可以为主要承受拉伸载荷的复合材料结构进行开口设计提供借鉴或参考。

【Abstract】 The tensile properties of composite laminates with different size square notches and rounding radius were experimentally studied and FE analyzed.A stress relief length was defined and the influence of notch size,rounding radius and stress relief length on the strain concentrations and tensile damage load of notched composite laminates was discussed.The results show that the shape of the strain concentration factor is like a bath tub with given notched size.Rounding radius and stress relief length have effects on the strain concentration factor.Too large or too small rounding radius will result in a high strain concentration.When the notch is a circle hole,the strain concentration factors increase with the notched size.The results will be references or guide to the design of notched composite laminates under tensile load.
