桉木\PES复合粉末选择性激光烧结实验与渗蜡后处理

【摘要】 针对目前原材料成本高,制约着激光烧结技术的发展的问题,本文提出了一种低成本,高性能,低污染的桉木\PES粉末复合材料。研究了桉木\PES复合粉末的烧结工艺,研究结果表明:桉木\PES粉末的SLS成形工艺参数为,激光功率43W,预热温度7080℃,扫描速率2000mm/s,分层厚度0.1mm,扫描间距0.1mm。针对SLS原型件强度较低,表面光洁度较差的缺点,进行了浸蜡后处理工艺。SLS原型件在渗蜡之后的力学性能有较大的提高,拉伸强度、弯曲强度及冲击强度分别提高了4.4倍、3.4倍及8.2倍。制件的表面光洁度经过打磨,抛光处理之后也得到了很大改善。
【Abstract】 Currently,because of the high price of the raw materials restricting the developing of selective laser sintering technology,this paper proposes a material with low cost,high properties and low pollution,which is composed of eucalyptus wood powder and PES powder.The optimized parameters of selective laser sintering (SLS) are studied in this paper.The results show that the SLS parameters of the Eucalyptus wood-PES powder are the laser power of 43W,the preheating temperature of 70~80℃,the scanning speed of 2000 mm/s,the slice depth of 0.1mm and the scan spacing of 0.1 mm.Considering the low strength and poor surface quality of the part,the post-processing-infiltration with wax-is introduced.After the SLS parts are infiltrated with wax,the mechanical properties are greatly enhanced.The tensile strength,flexural strength,and impact strength are respectively increased by 4.4 times,3.4times and 8.2times.After grinding and polishing the part,the surface quality is greatly improved.
