电刺激治疗面肌痉挛的动物实验研究

【摘要】 本论文研究了双向高频脉冲刺激信号对面神经传导信号的阻断作用。采用在体大鼠面神经和坐骨神经进行实验,利用中频信号引起肌肉痉挛,采用双向高频脉冲刺激信号对痉挛部位进行刺激,观察神经动作电位的幅度和肌肉的状态来研究阻断的效果。在一定频率下,双向高频脉冲刺激信号能完全阻断神经传导,阻断阈值随阻断频率的增加而增加;当阻断幅值为一定值时,阻断只发生在一个频率段内,低于或者高于这个频率段都可能完全没有阻断效果;而部分阻断可发生在该频率段之前或之后的范围。本动物实验为面肌痉挛的治疗提供了更多信息。

【Abstract】 We studied the blocking effect of face nerve conduction signal used bidirectional high frequency pulse stimulatory signal.Rats’ face nerve and sciatic nerve were used in the experiments.First,we used the intermediate-frequency signal to arouse the spasm,then exerted bidirectional high frequency pulse stimulatory signal to the nerve,the amplitude of nerve action potential and the state of muscle were observed to study the blocking effect.In a certain frequency,bidirectional high frequency pulse stimulatory signal could completely block nerve conduction.With an increase in frequency,block threshold also increase;Completely block occur only in a frequency band,there may not be completely block below or above the frequency band;Partially block can occur in a range before or after the completely block frequency band.Block effect of high frequency electrical stimulation to face nerve action potential conduction can potentially provide new methods for the treatment of hemifacial spasm.
