多模态智能控制在镍铁回转窑控制的应用研究

【摘要】 针对镍铁回转窑控制中存在的非线性、时变、大滞后等控制难点,提出了将Bang-Bang控制、趋势控制、前馈控制与变速积分PID控制相结合的多模态智能控制方案。详细介绍了此多模态智能控制方案中各控制器的设计思路及适用条件,并在此方案基础上,提出一种镍铁回转窑控制方案。根据某回转窑现场数据建立了窑尾温度的控制模型。通过此多模态控制器对窑尾温度控制的仿真研究,验证了多模态智能控制在镍铁回转窑控制的有效性。
【Abstract】 In order to overcome the control difficulties result from the characteristics of Nickel-iron rotary kiln,such as non-linear,time-varying and large time delay,a multi-mode intelligent control scheme is proposed. Bang-Bang control,Trend control,Feedforward Control and Variable-speed Integral PID control are combined. Described the ideas and the applicable conditions of every control methods in the control scheme. Based on the multi- mode intelligent control scheme,a nickel-iron rotary kiln control program is proposed. Based on field data of a rotary kiln,the kiln inlet temperature control model is established;simulation study of the multi-mode controller for a kiln inlet temperature control,verify the effectiveness of the multi-modal intelligent control in the nickel-iron rotary kiln.
