港口航标视频巡检系统的研究

【摘要】 针对传统航标巡检维护方式存在的问题,研究了航标视频巡检系统。提出了系统的总体架构和主要功能,研究视频巡检的关键技术。该系统能较好地实现"可视化"巡检,有效解决传统航标巡检维护方式存在的问题。
【Abstract】 This paper has studied the Navigation-aids video surveillance system.It was aimed to solve the problems of the traditional navigation-aids inspection and maintenance way.First,it analysed the whole frame and the main function of the system.And it has researched the key technology of realizing video surveillance inspection.The system can well realize visualization inspection,and well solve the problems of the traditional navigation-aids inspection and maintenance way.
