【摘要】 目的:探讨多中心时间序列体检资料的汇交、管理与利用。方法:通过采集6家具有代表性的体检中心连续3年的体检资料,并进行汇总。归纳出当前体检管理及体检软件普遍存在的问题,提出解决方案。结果:当前体检机构种类较多,但普遍存在不规范的问题。具体表现在体检项目不标准,项目取值不规范,特别是缺少指标的定性结果,缺少疾病的诊断信息,给资料的整合、利用带来不便。结论:针对体检管理存在的不足提出的针对性建议,有利于规范体检项目,完善采集内容,并为科学分析慢病进展规律奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to discuss multicenter time series medical information collection, management and utilization. Methods by collecting 6 representative medical center for 3 consecutive years of physical examination data, and carry out summary. Summarized the current medical management and medical software commonly existing problems, propose solutions. The results of the current medical institutions have many types, but there exist some problems. The performance are specific physical examination project is not standard, non-standard items of value, especially the lack of indexes of qualitative results, the lack of disease diagnosis information, to information integration, use inconvenience. Conclusion for medical management shortcomings and targeted advice, help to regulate the physical examination project, perfect collection, and for the scientific analysis of slow disease progression law lays a foundation.更多还原
