【摘要】 本文研究了盐碱胁迫下罗布麻的生理变化和对生长的影响,通过存活率、生物量、叶绿素和保护酶等在不同盐分和盐浓度下的变化,揭示了罗布麻的耐盐范围和耐盐机理。结果表明,在400mmol·L-1时的单盐(NaCl)胁迫下,罗布麻死亡,其余处理成活率100%,说明单盐毒害对罗布麻的影响大于其他盐碱胁迫。盐胁迫下,罗布麻的生物量降低,低盐促进根系有机物积累,高盐则使有机物向地上部分积累。低盐浓度下,不同盐分胁迫下叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素均高于对照,高浓度则降低;不同盐分、不同时间、不同浓度下三者变化差异极显著(P<0.01)。同时讨论了盐分胁迫下罗布麻体内类胡萝卜素和SOD的变化,结果表明,不同时间、不同浓度、不同盐分下,两者的差异极显著(P<0.01)。综合以上分析,高浓度的单盐(NaCl)对罗布麻的胁迫明显大于其他盐胁迫,不同盐分胁迫、不同时间、不同浓度对罗布麻的盐害机理并不一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 We mainly study effects of Saline-alkali stress on Growth and physiological of A.lancifolium Rus,analyzing different changes on survival rate,biomass,chlorophyll and protective enzymes,in order to explaining the range and mechanism of salt tolerance.Results suggest A.lancifolium Rus.is all dead in NaCl stress in 400 mmol·L-1 concentration,the others are all alive,which suggests that the effect of single salt stress is more serious than other Saline-alkali stress.The biomass of A.lancifolium Rus.is decreased under salt stress,the organic is promoted accumulate in root under lower salt stress,but under hyper-salt concentration organic is promoted accumulate in aerial part.Chla,Chlb and Chlorophyll are higher than CK in different lower saline-alkali stress,which are declined in hyper-salt concentration.Variance analysis show that the difference of them in different time,salt and concentration is extremely noticeable as SOD and Carotenoid (P<0.01) and SOD and Carotenoid are discussed in A.lancifolium Rusunder salt stress.All things considered,effect of single salt stress on Apocynum is more serious than other Saline-alkali stress,in different time,salt and concentration,the mechanism of salt injuries on A.lancifolium Rus.is different.更多还原
