对节能减排计量问题的几点思考
Some Thinking for Measuring Energy Saving and Emission Reducing

【摘要】 碳循环及全球变暖已成为影响气候变化、人类生存环境和经济共同发展和安全的重大问题,该问题已引起全球科学、政治、外交政策等部门的重视。文章介绍了在节能减排计量问题上的一些认识和看法,介绍了电力仪表的特点及选型方案,电力仪表不仅具有实时计量与显示功能,还具有通讯功能并可组建电能管理系统,组建的电能管理系统功能强大、运行可靠,不仅能在线监测电能数据还可自动生成各种报表、曲线为节能减排提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 In recently years,the study on carbon cycle has been given rise to by sciences ,politics ,and government etc.It also can be recognized as an important issues which have influence on global human living environment,climate changes and economic development in the global scales.The article introduced some cognition and viewpoints for measuring energy saving and emission reducing.Characters and selecting scheme of power meter are introduced.Power meter could not only measure and display,but also owns communication function.It could form background power energy managing system.The system is powerful with reliable operation,could supervise power energy data on line,and could make many report file and curve,providing reference for energy saving and emission reducing.
