【摘要】 本文指出了深海技术产业化的影响因素主要包括深海技术的成熟程度、深海技术产品的市场需求规模、基础产业能力、要素投入能力以及政策的支持程度,分析了深海技术产业化发展的特点和难点,深海技术是一项多学科交叉、高难度、高风险、高投入的技术门类,许多深海技术产品的社会需求品种多,但批量小,形成不了规模效应,具有一定市场需求的深海技术产品与国外相比缺乏竞争力,传统观念的影响以及海洋科研体制也是制约深海技术产业化的重要因素。因此,实现我国深海技术产业化,政府应制定深海技术产业化发展规划,成立海洋高新技术产业化的管理机构,以市场为导向,支持、鼓励发展海洋高新技术产业,开拓深海技术产业多元化的投融资渠道,建立深海技术研发和试验基地。更多还原

【Abstract】 This report point out the factor that influenced the industrialization of deep ocean technology was the demand market,basic industry capability,productive factors and the policy support.The report analyzed the characteristics and difficulty of the industrialization of deep ocean technology.The deep sea ocean technology is a technology of interdisciplinary,superior difficulty,high risk and input.Some kind of deep sea products have small market demand which is short of scale effect.Some kind of deep sea products have more market demand but have little competitive forces which compared to the product from abroad.So in order to industrialization of deep sea technology,the government should formulate the plan of industrialization of deep sea technology,establish the organization of industrialization,support and encourage the ocean industry,exploit the diversification financing channel for the enterprises and build the base of researching and testing for deep ocean technology.更多还原
