【摘要】 房地产业是我国国民经济的支柱产业同时也是节能减排的关键领域,为此我国于2006年颁布实施了《绿色建筑评价标准》,旨在从土地资源、水资源、能源,建材等方面规定建筑建造要求,并按照建筑所能达到的项目数量予以评价。随着节能减排时代的进一步到来,在我国国情基础之上,可以参照美国最新制定的LEED V3,不断改进我国绿色建筑评价的标准,这对于改善我国高耗能、低产出的建筑产业模式,实现社会可持续发展具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Real estate is not only the pillar industry of China’s national economy but the key area of energy saving. Therefore, Chain published and carried out the < Evaluation Standard for Green Building>in 2006, which aimed at standardizing the construction requirement regarding the land resources, water resources, energy and building materials. With the advent of energy saving times, China could gradually improve its standards of green building that based on country’s basic reality and LEED V3 newly enacted by the United States. Realizing the energy saving of Real estate industry will change the energy-intensive, low-output mode of construction industry and achieve sustainable social development.更多还原
