【摘要】 运用科学计量学与知识图谱的方法和技术,以SCI论文数据为基础,对两岸间科学合作论文的增长进程、机构分布和学科分布进行了计量研究。研究表明,近10年来两岸科学合作论文的数量呈现增长态势;两岸科学合作论文主要集中在科技实力雄厚的高水平大学和科研单位;两岸在学科合作论文上主要分布于基础科学领域和双方的优势学科,并形成了特定的强强合作或优势互补模式;两岸科学合作论文在数量和质量上均未达到各自学科应有的能力与水平,都有提升的广阔空间。两岸ECFA的实施,展现了深化扩大两岸科学合作的机会与前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on registed articles in SCI, the paper took a metric research on scientific collaboration between Mainland and Taiwan by the means of scientometrics and knowledge mapping. The major aspects were the process of growth and the distribution of institutions and disciplines. Some results can be concluded:(1)the number of collabration articles was on growing trends and the distribution of disciplines was mainly concentrated on basic research or superiority disciplines of both sides while the distribution of institutions was among the high-level universities or scientific institutions which have strong scientific research strength on both sides over past ten years. The model of collaboration between tow sides can be summarized as win-win co-operation or complement each other’s advantages(.2)Compared to both of Mainland and Taiwan, the quality of collabration papers was still lower, this means that there is a large space to improve the quality. At the end,with the implement of ECFA, the chance of scientific co-operation between two sides will be deepened and expansion.更多还原
