【摘要】 随着城市化进程不断加快,行政中心迁移作为一种促进城市空间结构升级的手段,已经受到越来越多的关注。行政中心迁移对辖区的经济发展、城市空间结构、城市土地利用都产生了巨大的影响。以宁波市镇海区为例,进行了行政中心迁移对辖区土地利用影响的实证研究,重点研究了对土地利用空间布局的影响。将2005年、2009年的土地利用现状数据进行分类汇总,并对比2020年土地利用总体规划数据,采用洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数从土地利用空间布局的角度分析了各地类在空间的集散程度。研究结果表明,行政中心迁移对土地利用的影响既有利也有弊。新城与旧城在空间格局上发展生变化,农用地与建设用地之间发生了置换,这促使了镇海区从单中心模式向多中心模式的跨越发展,更好地促进了土地的高效利用,并强化了宁波市对镇海区的辐射力度,但是"摊大饼"式的城市发展模式并不利于土地的集约发展,同时对耕地和历史文化建筑也造成了破坏。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerating process of urbanization, migration of the administrative center for promoting urban spatial structure had more and more attention. Moving the administrative center had an effect on the regional economic development, urban spatial structure and urban land use. Focusing on Ningbo Zhenhai, this paper studied on the impact of migration of the administrative center on land use, especially to the spatial distribution of land use. Comparing the data of 2005, 2009 and the land use planning data of 2020, it used the space Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient to analyze the spatial distribution around the class level from the point of spatial structure of land use. The results show that administrative center of the impact of migration on land use both positive and negative. The new town the and the old town changes on the spatial pattern, and agricultural land and construction land exchange. The migration of Zhenhai administrative center also promotes the region from single-center model to a multi-center model and promotes the efficient use of land, enhance the location, speed up the urbanization process, but it also reduces the intensity of land use and the destruction of farmland and other areas of historical and cultural buildings has a negative impact.更多还原
