【摘要】 目的:探讨调肝理脾方对实验性酒精性大鼠肝纤维化的抑制作用及作用机制。方法 Wistar雄性大鼠以"酒精-吡唑-玉米油"混合液灌胃16周制备酒精性肝纤维化大鼠模型,将存活动物随机分成4组:模型组、中药(调肝理脾方)治疗组、西药(安珐特)对照组和中药(复方鳖甲软肝片)对照组。另设正常组,分别给予相应药物和生理盐水。4周后,经HE染色、Mallory染色和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)蛋白表达免疫组化染色,光镜观察大鼠肝组织病理学变化。结果调肝理脾方能显著降低肝组织纤维化程度,下调大鼠肝组织中TGF-β1蛋白含量。结论:病理学实验研究证实调肝理脾方能够有效阻止和逆转酒精性肝纤维化的进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe into the inhibiting action and the potential mechanism of Tiaoganlipi prescription on alcohol hepatic fibrosis. Methods: Wistar male rats were administered by intragastrical perfusion by some mixture of "alcohol-Pyrazole-coil oil" for sixteen weeks . The survivals were randomly divided into four groups, a model control group, a therapic group of TCM (Tiaoganlipi Prescription), a control group of western medicine (Compound Embryonic Bovine Liver Extract Tablets) and a control group of TCM (Compound Biejiaruangan Tablets). Another group was the blank group. All rats were administered with corresponding medicines and normal sodium. After four weeks’ intervention, all rats were stained with HE, Mallory and immunohistochemical methods, then we observed the hepatic histopathological change in rats with hepatic fibrosis by light microscope. Results: Tiaoganlipi Prescription significantly decreased the level of the hepatic fibrosis and depressed the expression of TGF-β1 protein in hepatic tissue of hepatic fibrosis rats. Conclusion: The pathological experiment confirmed that Tiaoganlipi prescription effectively inhibited and reversed the process of alcoholic hepatic fibrosis.更多还原
