【摘要】 目的:观察前列通窍胶囊(主要由炙黄芪、菟丝子、川牛膝、肉桂、水蛭、乌药、益智仁等药组成)治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)肾虚瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法:采用随机双盲对照的方法将符合纳入标准的60例研究对象按1:1随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组分别给予"前列通窍胶囊+癃闭舒胶囊模拟剂"和"前列通窍胶囊模拟剂+癃闭舒胶囊",每次3粒,每天2次,观察治疗8周。结果:治疗组临床有效率76.7%,显效率33.3%;对照组有效率63.3%,显效率23.3%,两组之间比较有显著性差异。治疗组患者在治疗前IPSS评分、QOL、最大尿流率、膀胱残余尿分别为15.50±6.69分、4.00±0.91分、8.36±3.02ml/s、81.81±31.22ml;治疗后分别为10.45±4.36分,3.12±0.56分,12.74±4.19ml/s,42.61±33.52ml,治疗前后对照有显著性差异(P<0.05);与对照组比较治疗效果优于癃闭舒胶囊(P<0.05)。结论:前列通窍胶囊具有益气补肾、祛瘀通窍的功效,可明显改善前列腺增生症患者的临床症状,提高患者最大尿流率、减少膀胱残余尿量和改善膀胱逼尿肌收缩力,是治疗前列腺增生症的一个安全、有效的制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objection: To observe the clinical effects on benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with renal deficiency and stasis treated by Qian Lie Tong Qiao capsule (It is mainly made up of zhihuangqi,tusizi, chuanniuxi, rougui,shuizhi,wuyao,yizhiren). Methods: It used double-blind and randomized controlled trial method and the 60 patients were divided averagely into two groups at random. Each group had 30 patients.One group was treated by Qian Lie Tong Qiao capsule and Long Bi Shu analog drug, the other group was treated by Long Bi Shu capsule and Qian Lie Tong Qiao analog drug. Each 3 capsules 2 times a day and 8 weeks as a course of treatment. Results: The treatment group of improvement rate was 76.7%, that rate of marked improvement was 33.3%; the control group was 63.3% and 23.3%. It was significant differences than the counterparts in control group. The treatment group before treatment IPSS score, QOL, peak flow rate, residual urine was 15.50±6.69, 4.00±0.91, 8.36±3.02ml/s, 81.81±31.22ml. After treatment were 10.45±4.36, 3.12 ±0.56, 12.74±4.19 ml/s, 42.61±33.52ml, There were significant differences in before and after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the control group Qian Lie Tong Qiao capsule was better than Long Bi Shu capsule treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qian Lie Tong Qiao capsule which has tonify qi of the kidney, activate blood and dissolve stasis, can significantly improve the benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with clinical symptoms,and it can increase the maximum urinary flow rate,residual urine volume and improve detrusor contractility.
