【摘要】 本研究采用f/2培养基,以不同浓度的重金属离子(Cu2+、Zn2+和Pb2+)对牟氏角毛藻进行作用,研究了不同浓度重金属离子对牟氏角毛藻生长的影响。结果表明:在特定浓度条件下,3种重金属离子对牟氏角毛藻的生长具有显著影响。Cu2+在0.1mg/L、Zn2+和Pb2+在0.1-1mg/L时,能促进牟氏角毛藻的生长;Zn2+和Pb2+浓度在10-50mg/L时,牟氏角毛藻能维持一定的速率生长;Cu2+浓度在1-50mg/L时,牟氏角毛藻的生长受到显著抑制。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, using f/2 base media, the Chaetoceros muelleri was treated with the different heavy metal ions(Cu2+、Zn2+ and Pb2+) in different concentration levels to study the effects of different heavy metal ions(Cu2+、Zn2+ and Pb2+) on the growth of Chaetoceros muelleri. The result showed that different heavy metal ions affected markedly on the growth under certain concentration. When the concentration of Cu2+ was 0.1mg/L and the concentration of Zn2+、Pb2+ was 0.1-1mg/L, the growth of Chaetoceros muelleri was promoted; When the concentration of Zn2+、Pb2+ was 10-50mg/L, Chaetoceros muelleri could grow with certain growth rate yet; When the concentration of Cu2+ was 1-50 mg/L, the growth of Chaetoceros muelleri was inhibited markedly.更多还原
