反硝化技术对养殖池塘修复的研究

【摘要】 本研究从浙江奉化市池塘的底泥经过反复地培养、驯化,从中筛选、分离出了反硝化细菌,在模拟实验条件下,研究了对不同浓度的硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮的去除情况,讨论了反硝化菌种的生长情况。研究结果表明,分离出的反硝化细菌能有效去除硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮,在初始浓度为1mg/L的模拟池塘中,随着实验的进行,对污染物的去除效果逐渐提高,三天内硝酸盐氮去除率就达到了95.8%,亚硝酸盐氮的去除率达到了90.2%;在25mg/L的模拟池塘中,第六天硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐的去除率达到了93.8%和87.8%;在50mg/L的模拟池塘中,第六天硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐的去除率达到了89.7%和78.7%。而且在三个不同浓度的模拟池塘中,反硝化菌对硝酸盐氮的去除效果略优于亚硝酸盐氮。菌种地生长情况与硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮的浓度成反比,即浓度越高菌种生长情况越差。
【Abstract】 By repeatedly cultivating and domesticating, denitrifying bacteria were screened from aquaculture pond sediment in Fenghua Zhejiang.In the stimulant experiment, the removal efficiency of nitrate-N and nitrite-N and growth of denitrifying bacteria were researched. The result showed that the removal efficiency gradually improved with days. The removal efficiency of nitrate-N and nitrite-N reached 95.8% and 90.2% within three days when initial concentration are both 1mg/L.About 93.8% and 87.8% of nitrate-N and nitrite-N were removed by denitrifying bacteria on the sixth day when the initial concentration are both 25mg/L. About 89.7% and 78.7% of nitrate-N and nitrite-N were removed by denitrifying bacteria on the sixth day when the initial concentration are both 50mg/L. In the three different aquaculture ponds, the removal efficiencies of nitrate-N were better than nitrite-N. It was found that there was correlation between the concentration of nitrate-N, nitrite-N and the number of denitrifying bacteria in the water. The concentration of nitrate-N, nitrite-N were more, the number of denitrifying bacteria were more.
