野生、养殖型黄鳍东方鲀河豚毒素测定及营养成分分析
The Determine of TTX and the Analyze of Nutrition Composition about Wild and Cultured Takifugu Xanthopterus

【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法测定了野生型、人工养殖型以及由养殖型培育出来的子一代黄鳍东方鲀的内脏(性腺、肝脏)以及肌肉的河豚毒素(TTX)的含量。得出黄鳍东方鲀内脏含毒有强毒,其肌肉无毒;而经人工养殖后毒力会减弱。在一定程度上支持了河豚毒素的微生物起源学说,也为黄鳍东方鲀进一步作食用性研究奠定基础,从而促进黄鳍东方鲀资源的开发和利用;采用105℃恒温烘干失水法(GB/T643521986)测定水分;蛋白质测定采用考马斯亮蓝法;脂肪测定采用气相色谱法;氨基酸测定采用氨基酸自动分析仪。蛋白质和氨基酸差异采用t-检验法进行比较分析。得出养殖型黄鳍东方鲀与野生型黄鳍东方鲀具有同等的营养价值,为保护野生黄鳍东方鲀和发展黄鳍东方鲀养殖提供了科学和理论依据。
【Abstract】 The content of wild, cultured and the first filial generation of Takifugu xanthopterus was determined by HPLC. The result show that: there is strong toxin in the gonad and liver of Takifugu xanthopterus, however except its muscle, and the toxin will weaken after be cultured. According to this study, it supports the theory of microorganism origin, step a foundation of the study about edible Takifugu xanthopterus, which accelerate the exploration and utilize Takifugu xanthopterus’s resource. The moisture was determined by the 105 ℃ constant temperature dying way (GB/T643521986); The protein was determined by Coomassie brilliant blue; The fat was determined by gas chromatography; The amino acid was determined by automatic analyzer. The differences of Protein and amino acid use t-test to compare analysis. The experimental results indicate that: the cultured Takifugu xanthopterus and the wild Takifugu xanthopterus have the same nutrition value, which can supply science and theory basis for protecting and wild Takifugu xanthopterus and develop the breeding of Takifugu xanthopterus.
