模拟手机辐射对小鼠生殖功能的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究低强度微波辐射对小鼠生殖功能的影响。方法:4周龄昆明种清洁级小鼠50只,按体重随机区组分为对照组、亲代照射组和宫内照射组,照射组暴露于40μw/cm2微波中,每天6小时,共三周。计量雄性小鼠的精子数、精子活动率和精子畸形率以及雌鼠的生殖情况和仔鼠的生长发育情况。结果:微波辐射组,雄性小鼠精子活动率(46.20±9.69%)较对照组(76.75±6.12%)下降,畸形率(6.30±3.10%)较对照组(2.97±0.61%)升高(P<0.05)。宫内照射造成子代出生体重降低、生长发育减慢,较对照组有显著性差异;照射组幼仔出生存活率和哺育成活率也有下降的趋势。结论:低强度微波辐射对雄性小鼠有精子毒性作用,损害小鼠生殖功能。胚胎期照射可对子代的生长发育产生不良影响。
【Abstract】 Objective:The present study was designed to evaluate the effects of low intensity microwave radiation on reproductive function of mice. Methods:The mice (4 weeks old) of exposed group were exposed to microwave (40μw/cm2) for 6 hour continuously per day for 21 days. After the animals were sacrificed, sperm count, sperm motility and morphology were measured in the male, reproductive outcomes in the female, and the pregnant female mice were exposed to irradiation to observe the growing evelopment of the offspring. Results No significant difference was observed in total sperm count between controls and exposed groups. However, mice exposed to microwave exhibited a significantly reduced percentage of motile sperm(46.20±9.69)%. Moreover, microwave exposure resulted in a significant increase in sperm malformation rate(6.30±3.10)%. The newborn mice experienced intrauterine radiation exhibited low survival rate at birth, low birth weight ,decreased rate of growth, and low fostering survival ratio. Conclusion:We speculate that microwave the studied may negatively affect semen quality, mice fertility, and growing development of the offspring.
