【摘要】 目的自编地震后急性应激反应筛查表PTSS20问卷,验证其在中国汶川5·12地震后心理救援评估的本土效度。方法:380名汶川地震灾民完成PTSS20测验,对量表做因子分析、条目分析,划界分的诊断性评价及量表的信度、效度。结果主成分析得到8个因子:警觉性增高、再现/回避、抑郁、情绪不稳、迟钝、躯体不适、自杀、无效应对。累积贡献率为72.26%;条目分析筛掉3个质量差的条目后,各条目同质效度在0.422-0.676,条目鉴别指数是0.215-0.49。样本聚类后正常/异常划界分为9分,诊断效率为93.2%,AUC=0.99,说明该测验有较高的准确性;量表的Cronbachα系数为0.8718-0.8914;调整后的分半信度为0.8527。结论 PTSS20筛查量表具有良好的信、效度和诊断效率,可作为创伤后急性应激反应的筛查工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To verify mainland validity of Self-developed acute stress reaction screening scale (PTSS 20) which is Composited with psychological aids screening scales used after the terrorist attacks in the United States on Sep 11, 2001 and Chi-Chi earthquake in Taiwan on Sep 21, 1999。Method:380 victims of the Wenchuan earthquake which happened were tested on May 12,2008,the authors examined the PTSS ’s factor structure、item analysis 、predictive value of the cut—off、reliability and validation. Results: Using the principle component analysis with varimax rotation, we found eight factors: anxiety/arousal、reexperiencing/avoidance、depression、emotional lability、bluntness 、physical distress、suicide、ineffective Coping。Cumulative percentage of Variance is 72.26%,except three items of poor quality which are found by item analysis,The correlation coefficients of every item with the total scale scores were 0.422-0.676, their index of discriminations were 0.215-0.49, 9 in the PTSS total scores after two step clusters seemed an appropriate cut-off indicative of high diagnostic efficiency with 93.2%,AUC(area under the ROC curve) is 0.99,indicate the scale has reasonable accuracy。The reliability coefficients were 0.8718-0.8914 for cronbach α,0.8527 for adjusted split -half。Conclusion: With its good reliability 、validity、diagnostic efficiency ,Acute stress reaction screening scale (PTSS 20) is fit for Screening tool to post-traumatic stress reaction.更多还原
