【摘要】 我国茶树果实资源丰富,开展茶树果实资源特性的研究以及茶果功能成分的高效利用将成为茶产业发展的一个重要课题。在阐明茶树的结实特性、果实的化学特性以及茶籽油的脂肪酸组成、茶籽皂素特性的基础上,综述了茶树果实中的茶籽油(脂肪酸)、茶籽皂素、茶籽蛋白、茶籽多糖、黄酮苷等功能成分在食品、化工、医药、养殖业等方面的利用现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 There were 1,719,400 hm 2 tea garden in China,and produced the most amount of tea in the world.So,there are abundance of tea seeds’resource,too.A summary about the fruit bearing ability of tea trees,the chemical properties of the tea seeds,the fat acid composition of the oil,and the properties of tea-saponin extracting from the tea seeds,was drawn up in this paper.The status quo of utilizing the oil,tea-saponin,proteins,polysaccharides,flavone which produced from the tea seeds were also summarized in the paper.It was suggested that the products could be used in food,chemical industry, medicine,aquaculture and animal husbandry,etc.更多还原
