厚截面复合材料层合板固化过程数值模拟研究

【摘要】 针对树脂基复合材料热固化过程的特点,采用热-化学、流动-压实两个模块建立了描述树脂基复合材料固化过程的三维有限元数值模型,重点考察了厚度对复合材料层合板固化过程中的温度、固化度、厚度压缩率和树脂体积分数等参量的影响。分析结果表明:与薄板相比,厚截面复合材料在厚度方向存在较大的温度和固化度梯度,极易出现局部温度过高;并且材料内部的树脂体积分数明显大于靠近吸胶膜的顶面,使层合板的树脂含量不均匀,严重影响层合板的力学性能。
【Abstract】 According to the features of the curing process of thermoset composites,a three-dimensional finite element model was developed for simulating the curing process of thermoset composites.The model was composed of two parts: thermo-chemical and flow-compaction.The effect of laminate thickness on parameters was discussed such as temperature,curing degree,thickness compression ratio and resin volume fraction during the curing process.The results show that: compared with thin ones,larger temperature and curing degree gradient is found in thick section composites,which may lead to local overheating;and the resin volume fraction in the center of the composite is much larger than that near the top,which may contribute to the asymmetry of the resin content in laminates and seriously affect the mechanical properties of laminates.
