压电悬臂梁的压电片位置及主动控制研究

【摘要】 采用压电陶瓷作为作动器,对柔性悬臂梁进行了振动主动控制研究。分析了压电结构振动主动控制的原理和方法。先采用平衡降阶法对模型进行降阶处理,然后对降阶后的模型进行控制。压电作动器的位置排布至关重要,本文使用基于致动器的模态影响矩阵对压电片进行了优化布置,使其效能达到最大。然后采用LQG/LTR方法对结构进行控制,并与使用LQR方法进行控制作了比较。结果显示在加入噪声和干扰后,进行适当的处理,仍能达到很好的控制效果。
【Abstract】 The active vibration control of the flexible cantilever beam with PZT actuators was studied in this paper,and the principle and the method of the active vibration control were analyzed.First,using the balanced reduction method to reduce the model was carried out,then the reduced model would be controlled.The placement of the piezoelectric actuators was utmost importance,the optimization arrangement of the piezoelectric actuators was studied in this paper basing on the modal influential matrix of the piezoelectric actuators in order to make it to maximize its effectiveness to realize active control.Next step the LQG/LTR method is used to control the structure,then the LQR method was adopted to control the beam,and the two method were compared.The result show that the LQG/LTR method to control the beam will realize effective control if only the treatment is adequate,when the acoustic noise and Interference were added to the structure.
