不同片区的油茶穗条对嫁接苗木的影响

【摘要】 在同一育苗试验地分别采用永州市林业科学研究所油茶采穗圃三个片区的穗条嫁接育苗,其它育苗条件相同且分布近似正态,等方差。三个片区采集的穗条,虽然从外部特征来看几乎没有区别,但由于穗条母株营养状况、生长势等不同对嫁接苗木却产生了显著的影响,不论是嫁接成活率、发芽展叶率,还是苗高,采用管护得好的老柑橘园片的穗条比管护得差的燕山塘片和马路旁片的穗条嫁接育苗效果都要好得多。其嫁接成活率比对照高21%和22.3%,发芽展叶率为对照的2.92倍和3.02倍,苗高为对照的2.46倍和2.45倍。

【Abstract】 The seedlings are grafted with scions in the three areas of camellia cutting orchard of Yongzhou city forestry Research Institute on the same seedling test plot, other seedling conditions are the same and similar to the normal distribution, equal variance. Seen from outside characteristic, the scions from three areas have scarcely any differences. But different nurtures and growing potentiality of mother plant would affect great on grafting the seedlings. No matter survival rate of grafting, rate of sprout and expansion leaves, or height of seedling use the scions from original citrus orchards with good protection, would be better than to use the scions after grafting from the road sides. But both the two methods, their survival rates for grafting each rise by 21% and 22.3% comparing to the contrast group, and rate of sprout and expansion leaves each rise 2.92 times and 3.02 times to the contrast group, height of seedlings each rise 2.46 times and 2.45 times to the contrast group.
