【Abstract】 Nowadays, global warming becomes serious to all countries. And more and more measures have been taken to solve the problems. At this background, researches on carbon sinks become very important. This study stated the current situation of forest carbon sinks in Wenzhou, summarized the effect of forest carbon sinks over the years, and analyzed the main problems in there.It focused on basic concepts and ideas of the development of forest carbon sinks in Wenzhou from institutional setup, the establishment of the voluntary market, financing channel, operation and management mechanism, development project areas, R & D achievements of carbon sinks, etc.更多还原
