【Abstract】 This article summarized the main characters of the cooperative,then introduced the basic taxonomy of legal forms of organization emphasizing cooperatives.Based on these contexts,we definite and distinct different co-op organizations which have emerged in China till now.Finally,we try to make it clear of the relationship of Farmer Professional Cooperative and other farmer and rural organizations.更多还原
