【摘要】 农技协是由农民自发组成的专业技术合作组织,是非营利性的社会团体法人。但是,在社会主义市场经济条件下,农技协越来越多地开展了营利性经营活动,其组织的趋利性日益显现,导致组织性质发生偏差。这种偏差是市场外部环境和组织内部关系共同作用的结果。应当还原农技协社会团体法人的本质属性。解决农技协发展过程中的资金困境,要通过国家财政支持,而不是通过市场营利的方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rural special technique association is a special technical cooperative organization which is spontaneously composed of farmers,and it’s also a non-profit social entity organization.Under the condition of socialist market economy,the rural special technique association carries out more and more profit-making activities,the tendency of organization to benefit is also increasingly remarkable,thus it leads to deviation of property of the organization.This deviation is resulted from both external market environment and intra-organizational relation.It is should be reduced that the essential property of rural special technique association is social entity organization.In the course of development of the rural special technique association,fund difficulties is be resolved by national finance,not market profit.更多还原
