【摘要】 目的:调研健康管理运用于糖尿病患者的临床效果,探讨有效的健康管理模式。方法:选取某市三甲医院内分泌科门诊糖尿病患者114例,随机分为干预组(57例)和对照组(57例)。2组均逐一填写调查问卷,并测定身高、体重、腰围、臀围、血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标,对干预组实施为期5个月的健康管理。5个月后,2组患者再次填写问卷,并再次测定相关指标,进行统计分析。结果:经过健康管理干预的患者组较对照组在血压、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、医疗费用等指标上都有明显改善。结论:本次糖尿病患者的健康管理显示出明显的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the clinical effect of health management on patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and explore effective health management modes.Methods We randomly selected 114 patients with DM in a 3A city hospital.The patients were divided into two groups with 57 patients accepting 5 months’ health managements (intervention group) and 57 without health managements (control group).Results Health index including weight,waistline,stern,blood pressure,plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin were measured before and after the 5 months’ investigation,health index questionnaires were filled in at the same time as well.Conclusion Health management to patients with DM can improve the treatments’ effect and make DM patients have better lives.Health managements should be provided in reasonable modes for the patients by stages of age,level of education and course of diseases.更多还原
