【摘要】 区域创新网络是区域内多主体参与的、有多种创新资源流动的、开放的创新系统。冬季项目资源区域创新网络的构建,就是根据我国冬季项目资源的区域特点和冬奥发展布局,结合"北冰南展"和"冬奥发展"战略,通过体制和机制创新,优化多种创新资源流动合成和协调发展,科学把握我国冬季项目发展的本质和走向规律,扩大我国冬季项目省份的覆盖面,实行项群集约化和专业化管理,促进我国冬季项目的可持续发展和运动水平的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional Innovation Network is an open innovation system of more subjects involved in the region,there are a variety of innovation resource flows,is a new combination and a new mode of operation,is an innovation system of innovation for the purpose of the horizontal links in a certain geographic range.The construction of regional innovation networks of Winter projects resources,is based on the regional characteristics of our winter projects resources and the layout of the development of the Winter Olympics,the combination of "North Ice South Show" and "Winter Olympics development" strategy,through the system and mechanism innovation,optimize more kinds of innovation resources synthesized flow and coordinative development,grasp the essence scientific development of China’s winter project and the regulation of development,to expand the winter projects coverage of provinces in China,the implementation of the intensive group and professional management,to promote the sustainable development of China’s winter projects and the progress of movement level.strengthen the way of resources growth of Winter projects with the intensive use,so as to achieve the best use of the people,to make the best use of the material,the use of land,to adapt the pattern and development of Winter Games,to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of winter projects resources.更多还原
