【摘要】 随着我国社会大环境的变化,当前竞技体育后备人才的培养工作难度在不断增加,如果后备人才培养问题不能得到根本有效解决,势必影响我国竞技体育的可持续性发展。本课题本着以"以人为本"和"可持续发展"的思想为出发点,主要运用问卷调查法和实地调查法对我国少年儿童体育运动学校的办学现状进行了解,结合理论分析对北京奥运会后新形势下我国竞技体育后备人才培养改革趋势进行多方面、多层次的系统研究,旨在进一步促使我国竞技体育后备人才培养更加理性科学。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of our country social environment,Cultivate high-level reservation-talent has getting harder and harder at the present time.If the training of back-up athletes can not be solved effectively,it will undoubtedly affect China’s sustainable development of competitive sports.Our issue which bases on "people-oriented"and" sustainable development" ,uses the questionnaire survey and field survey on educational status quo of the Children’s sports schools in China and combines with the theory mainly to analyze the new situation after the Beijing Olympic Games back-up of China’s competitive sports training in various aspects of reform trends、multi-level system to further the cultivate of reserved talent to China’s competitive sports more scientific and reasonable.更多还原
