【摘要】 背景:人口老龄化,疾病谱的改变及健康观念的更新,对痴呆防治重心前移到轻度认知障碍阶段,血管源性因素是导致认知障碍的主要原因之一,也是可干预的,脑白质疏松是主要的血管源性危险因素。当前国内外对血管源性轻度认知障碍均无有效药物,中医综合防治显示了良好前景。目的:评价中医综合干预对脑白质疏松轻度认知障碍的有效性。方法:设计前瞻性随机对照试验,选择合格的脑白质疏松轻度认知障碍患者78例,随机分为中医综合干预组与对照组,每组各39例,疗程90天。结果:干预组0天MoCA均值与90天比较,P=0.000<0.01,具有显著性统计学差异,90天MoCA评分明显高于0天。干预组0天ADL均值与90天比较,P=0.017<0.05,具有统计学差异,90天ADL评分低于0天。MoCA/ADL0天与90天均值差组间比较,P=0.000<0.01,均具有显著统计学差异,干预组较对照组对MoCA/ADL改善显著。中医综合干预后对周边症状总积分具有明显改善作用。结论:初步研究提示,中医综合干预可改善认知功能、提高日常生活能力,改善周边症状,对脑白质疏松轻度认知障碍有疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Background Population aging has become a worldwide problem with the increase of aged population and the development of medicine.The prevention of chronic disease plays an important role in health program.Currently,our research on dementia focuses on its prior period.Vascular mild cognition impairment becomes a research focus because its common cause can be prevented and intervened.Leukoaraiosis(LA) which usually cause cognitive impairment has high incidence in the aged,it can be identified in the image.So we choose LA mild cognitive impairment as breakthrough point for the TCM prevention and treatment of vascular mild cognition impairment.Objective:To observe the effect of compound Congrong capsule on LA cognitive impairment in the Fangzhuang community.Methods:We design case report form according to NINDS-CSN criterion.Prospective randomized controlled trial was adopted in the study,including 39 patients with TCM comprehensive intervention and 39 patients as controlled.Results:Patients in the TCM comprehensive intervention group improved the score of MoCA/ADL more obviously than patients in the controlled.The surrounding symptoms were improved after TCM comprehensive intervention.Conclusions:TCM comprehensive intervention can improve cognitive functions,surrounding symptoms,and life quality.It is safe to use compound Congrong capsule.更多还原
