【摘要】 背景:男性更年期综合征中医证候诊断缺乏规范,对有关证候规律探讨较少。目的:制定男性更年期综合征证候学调查表,为男性更年期综合征的证候研究提供基础数据和手段。方法:采用文献调研并结合临床病例调查,运用描述性分析方法并结合统计软件进行分析。结果:自行设计的男性更年期综合征证侯学调查表的临床小范围试用,对证候分型及证候指标分布规律有较好的概括性。结论:采用文献调研及临床病例观察的方法,可构建临床证候学调查表,为男性更年期综合征证候学的研究提供新的思路与方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Background:The TCM syndrome diagnosis of Male Climacteric Syndrome is lack of standard.The research of TCM syndromes disciplinarian of that is a little.Objection:To provide base data and method for TCM syndrome of Male Climacteric Syndrome researching,we made questionnaire of the disease.Methods:By using method of documentary and investigating the clinical cases and adopting descriptive analysis with statistical package.Results:Through a small range clinical investigation we proved that the questionnaire is rather recapitulative for the syndrome differentiation and symptom sign distribution.Conclusion:The methods are feasible for making the clinical symptom sign questionnaire.The methods provide new thread and approach for TCM syndromes researching of Male Climacteric Syndrome.更多还原
