半柔性路面材料抗疲劳性能的试验研究

【摘要】 通过室内试验配制出了高性能半柔性路面材料,针对其疲劳性能进行四点弯曲疲劳试验。研究了灌注两种水泥砂浆(普通砂浆和聚合物砂浆)的半柔性路面材料在两种加载频率(10Hz、15Hz)和三种温度(5℃、15℃和40℃)条件下的四点弯曲疲劳性能,并与国内外已有的沥青混合料和半刚性基层材料的疲劳方程进行了对比分析,其结果表明半柔性路面材料的疲劳寿命对应力水平的增减没有半刚性基层敏感,但比沥青混合料敏感,其抗疲劳性能介于两者之间。运用数理统计的方法得到了置信度90%,存活率95%的疲劳方程和路面结构设计用的抗拉强度结构系数。
【Abstract】 We confect a high performance semi-flexible pavement mixture rely on laboratory experiments,and tested the fatigue property of this material with four-point fatigue bending test.We have studied the fatigue property of Semi-flexible pavement materials which are filled with two kinds of cement mortar(sordinary type and polymer type) at two different frequencies (10 Hz and 15 Hz) and three different temperatures (5℃、15℃、and 40℃) by four-point fatigue bending test,and compare the results with that of existent ordinary asphalt mixture and semi-rigid base materials at home and abroad,which indicates that the fatigue life of semi-flexible pavement mixture is less sensitive than semi-rigid base materials to stress level,but more sensitive than asphalt mixture,the fatigue property of semi-flexible pavement mixture falls in between.Moreover,we have obtained the fatigue equation with 90% confidence and 95% livability and the structural coefficient of tensile strength which can be used in the structural design of road pavements based on the mathematical statistics theory.
