城市轨道交通全寿命周期成本风险控制研究

【摘要】 从城市轨道交通成本与风险控制出发,通过对全寿命周期成本和风险的定位,阐述了城市轨道交通项目全寿命周期成本风险控制的内涵。以集成化的思路探讨城市轨道交通全寿命周期成本风险控制的方法和步骤,提出了全寿命周期各阶段的成本风险控制措施和相关建议,并结合南京地铁一号线对成本控制措施进行了分析和论证,建议项目通过风险规避、遏制等方法降低全寿命周期成本,可以给我国城市轨道交通的建设提供一定的参考和借鉴。
【Abstract】 From the aspects of cost and risk control in urban rail transit, the connotation of risk control of life-cycle cost is elaborated through the orientation of life-cycle cost and risk.. With the ideal of integration, the methods and steps of life-cycle cost and risk control in urban rail transit is discussed, and some measures and suggestions of cost and risk control in each stage of life-cycle is put forward, which is analyzed and demonstrated combined with the example of Nanjing subway 1. The life-cycle cost can be reduced through risk aversion, risk containment, and etc. The suggestions can provide certain references for urban rail transit construction.
